Helping Pharmacy Students Pursue Careers in Independent Pharmacy

PREVIOUS EOG SCHOLARSHIP WINNERS

Thank you for your interest in the scholarship established by the Entrepreneurial Opportunities Group (EOG). We have your application on file indicating you are pursuing a May, 2011 scholarship award.

*One of the required components of the EOG Scholarship application process is the completion of essays concerning interest in independent pharmacy and future career plans. As a previous EOG Scholarship recipient, we are asking for your response to the following statement:

Tell us what progress you have made in preparing for a career in independent pharmacy.

Your response should be no more than two pages, double-spaced and should have your name on each page. Handwritten responses will not be accepted. All responses must be sent to the EOG, 1020 SW Fairlawn Rd., Topeka, KS 66604, no later than March 31, 2011. Interviews of applicants who meet or exceed the point requirement needed to qualify for the scholarship and who have submitted the essay by March 31, 2011, are expected to take place sometime between the last half of April and the first week of May, 2011. A representative of the EOG will be contacting applicants a few weeks prior to that time period to set a specific date and time for the interview.

If you would like to submit your essay online rather than by mail, you can enter your essay information below similar to using a word processor.
