* Achieving the point minimum or greater AND timely submission of essay(s) to KPSC/EOG are required to have an invitation to interview with the EOG
(the interview is the final step of scholarship process). Points for participation in each EOG scholarship activity must be e-mailed to KPSC/EOG no
later than two weeks after date of each event.
A minimum of 14 points must be accumulated by 3P students. A minimum of 17 points must be accumulated by 4P students. A minimum of 19 points must be accumulated by 5P students. All points must be accumulated by April 13, 2012 to be considered for scholarship .
All participation in activities/events will be verified with School of Pharmacy.
