* Achieving the point minimum or greater AND timely submission of essay(s) to KPSC/EOG are required to have an invitation to interview with the EOG (the interview is the final step of scholarship process). Points for participation in each EOG scholarship activity must be e-mailed to KPSC/EOG no later than two weeks after date of each event.

3P students need to accumulate a minimum of 10 points. 4P and 5P students must accumulate a minimum of 12 points.

All participation in activities/events will be verified with School of Pharmacy.
